Running



I found a really cool lite site where you can map your runs...this route I ran today, 6.3 km and I ran it in 37 minutes. So not a great time. But it's improving. I ran 5 km on Saturday morning in 40 minutes. But then again I had been sick for almost two weeks.

I'm better now, and i'm running again. Only problem I have right now is cramp in the food from dehydration. Can you rehydrate with beer?

  1. Jag antar du inte har en iphone? Då hade du kunnat få allt sånt där "automagiskt" i en app.

    Jag har självt försökt mig på att börja springa, men det går inte så fort.

  2. That looks really cool! I have a work out app on my phone, but I don't like the way it's telling me what to do all the time...

    I think beer can solve a lot of things, but dehydration? No.

    Today I brought my jogging shoes to work so I can have a good walk on my lunch break, so I hope my app will aprove of this...
